Ingredients:

  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • ¾ C chutney
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 C 'We Are Nuts' pecans
  • 1 C seedless grapes, halved
  • ½ C chopped onions

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, simmer chicken breasts in water for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through.  Drain, cool, and tear into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and pepper.  Stir in chicken, pecans, grapes and onions.  Chill. 
  3. Serves  8.
