Ingredients:
- 5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 C mayonnaise
- ¾ C chutney
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 C 'We Are Nuts' pecans
- 1 C seedless grapes, halved
- ½ C chopped onions
Directions:
- In a large saucepan, simmer chicken breasts in water for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain, cool, and tear into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and pepper. Stir in chicken, pecans, grapes and onions. Chill.
- Serves 8.
