• 4 cups 'We Are Nuts' Pecans
  • 1/4 cup hot chili oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey


  1. Heat over medium heat until hot and bubbly.
  2. Add 4 cups of pecans and stir until well coated.
  3. Spread on cookie sheets and roast at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Watch the last few minutes as the nuts will burn. Stir gently.
  4. Let cool completely. You can vary the amount of chili oil...some make it hotter.
