Ingredients:
- 4 cups 'We Are Nuts' Pecans
 - 1/4 cup hot chili oil
 - 2 Tablespoons of chili powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 
3 tablespoons honey
 
Directions:
- Heat over medium heat until hot and bubbly.
 - Add 4 cups of pecans and stir until well coated.
 - Spread on cookie sheets and roast at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Watch the last few minutes as the nuts will burn. Stir gently.
 - Let cool completely. You can vary the amount of chili oil...some make it hotter.
