• 4 (6 oz) Tilapia
  • 10 oz 'We Are Nuts' macadamia nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine macadamia nuts, soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, and black pepper in a food processor.  Blend until the mixture is the consistency of paste.
  3. Spoon a thick layer of mixture on top of each tilapia fillet.  Place the fish macadamia mixture-side up on prepared baking sheet.  Cover fish with aluminum foil and bake for 7 minutes.  Remove foil and bake for an additional 7 minutes, until fish flakes easily and macadamia crust is golden brown.
