• 1 C softened butter
  • 1 ¼ C packed brown sugar
  • ½ C white granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ C all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 C rolled oats
  • 2 C semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 C chopped 'We Are Nuts' walnuts
  • 1 C shredded coconut


  1. Set  oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar in large bowl until smooth.  Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in milk and vanilla.  Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.  Stir into the sugar mixture until well blended.  Stir in oats, chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut.  Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes for a delicious chewy cookie.  Cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet, then move to a wire rack.  Store in a seal tight container.
